Carrier for Disperse Dyeing on Polyester

 CHARACTERISTIC PROPERTIES

MAKAMIN-TC - is an excellent carrier for polyester dyeing with disperse colour. It is very effective in dyeing heavy shades.
Physical Appearance : Light Yellow Liquid
PH of 2% Solution : 6 to 6.5
Ionic Nature : Weakly anionic

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Set the bath as under
MAKAMIN-DFT : 1 to 1.5 gm/lit
MAKAMIN-TC : 3 gms/lit
Ammonium Sulphate : 2 gms/lit
Formic acid to adjust pH to 5.5 : Enter the material at 60 Deg C.
Raise the temp. to boil in 30 minutes.
Carry out dyeing, for 1 to 1.5 hours
After dyeing, the traces of carrier can be removed by treating the goods with
- 1 gm/lit of Sodium Hydrosulphite
- 2 gms/lit of caustic soda of 70 Deg TW.
