MAXON -110 is the best suited for dyeing crimped hosiery materials. Crimped nylon in
particular has poor affinity towards acid colours which results in Barre' Effect.
MAXON -110 overcomes this effect. |

METHOD
OF APPLICATION |
Set the dye bath as under |
BARRINIL -110 |

0.5 to 1 gm/lit. |
Acetic Acid 40% |

Formic Acid |

- Enter the material at 40 Deg. C & treat for 10-15 minutes & add dye solution.
- Raise the temp. to boil slowly in 40- 50 minutes
- Carry out dyeing at boil for 45 minutes

AFTER
TREATMENT |
To increase wet fastness of acid colours especially for deep shades follow the following. |
- Add I to 2 MAXON -P gm/lit.
- Add I to 2% 40% acetic acid in the exhausted bath.
- Treat for 15 minutes at 85 -90 Deg.C.
MAXON -110 can be used with nylon blends in dyeing with acid or direct dyes along with
reserving agent MAXON -P. Wash the fabric first with
MAXON -110 & then the treatment
with MAXON -P can be carried out. |
