While MAXON -110 is for dyeing Nylon with
MAKAMIN-NHN acid colours, is tailored for
dyeing with cetain neutral milling colours & 1:2 metal complex colours.
MAKAMIN-NHN has good affinity for dyestuffs. It considerably improves the solubility of
metal complex colours. MAXON -110
has high affinity for fibers & hence blocks active sites
on fibers. The combination of MAXON -110
and MAKAMIN-NHN prevents initial rushing
of dye anions on to the fibers. |

- Enter the material at 40 Deg. C .
- Add dye solution & raise the temp. to 110-120
DegC.
- Carry out dyeing till colour gets exhausted.
Neutral dyeing acid & acid 1:2
metal complex colours have strong
affinity for nylon at lower pH &
hence should be dyed at neutral pH.
